Andy Kimbel a native of Philadelphia, started his solo performing career in the early 90’s while on a furlough from his job as a professional pilot. He began playing the folk clubs, night spots and radio shows in New York City and Philadelphia. Kimbel gained popularity throughout New York State, parts of New England and down through Maryland rather quickly. He has since been touring other regions of the U.S. and parts of Europe.”
